FingerFood's Theme Buffet: #10 Dots and Stripes

As I promised Saturday, today I will show you my Dots and Stripes manicure from Finger Food's Theme Buffet.

For this manicure I have used:
  • Sixteen Polish - the number is not visible anymore
  • Flormar Nail Art - NA01
  • Flormar Nail Art - NA 12
This design reminds me of ladybirds. Too bad, that I didn't use a red polish instead of the purple one. :-)

FingerFood's Theme Buffet: #11 St Patricks's Day

Here in Romania we don't celebrate St Patrick's Day so I decided to create a more simple manicure for this theme. I have used a nude base color and some green glitters.

For this manicure I have used:
  • Astor Perfect Stay - Crème Brulée
  • Glitters - applied manually
  • Rimmel Finishing Touch - Top Coat
I have created a similar manicure last year. You can view it here. Back then my nails were long and square. How I miss them :-(.

I haven't had time to post last week's Stripes and Dots manicure, but it's done and it will be online in a few days ;-)

The next theme will be Freestyle and will be posted on the 23rd of March, 2014.

Farmec Collection - Wilted Rose

I am a little nervous right now because tomorrow I am going to take part in the first edition of  "Crosul Divelor", a special running event organized by Runner Club. There will be 2 races, the 2 km and the 5 km version. The event is open for women only, man are invited to support us, take pictures and hold our bottle of water ... at least that is what my boyfriend is going to do :-). I am in for the 5 km race, please wish me luck!

To make this event more feminine, I have chosen a pretty pink polish for tomorrow.

Farmec Collection Autumn-Winter 2013 - Wilted Rose

This polish is a creamy pink with interesting little black particles. It's similar to Muddy Boots (also from this collection). You will find it here.

I hope to meet you there, because a beautiful body is a healthy body! Keep practicing sport and you will feel stronger and younger with every day!

Monday Blues with Peacock Feather

If it's Monday then it's Blue time. I have tuned up my energetic blue nails with some nail decals in form of peacock feathers. I'm in love with my nails. Don't want to remove this design ever :-)

For this manicure I have used:
  • Farmec Collection Summer 2013 - Pool Party. Available here.
  • Water Decals from Born Pretty Store, sent to me for a review. The decals are available here (item Nr. 5311). I have used similar peacock feathers in this manicure too. The base color from the other peacock manicure was also a Farmec polish. What a nice coincidence :-)

FingerFood's Theme Buffet: #9 Flowers

In Romania 1st of March is the celebration of spring and is symbolically related to women and fertility. On this day, men offer small gifts to their female relatives and acquaintances. If you are interested in this tradition, you can read more about it here.

Gifts are decorated with red and white strings and this is why today's manicure will be red with white :-)

For this manicure I have used:
  • Farmec - Nr. 351
  • Born Pretty Store nail decals
My first 1st of March gift came from Farmec. They have sent me a beautiful red polish, a mirror and a traditional red and white bracelet. Thank you!

For this manicure I have applied 2 coats of the Farmec - Nr. 351 red polish.

The next theme will be Dots and Stripes and will be posted on the 9th of March, 2014.

Monday Blues: B(l)ack to Blue

The base color from today's manicure is one of my oldest polishes. I think this is the most used polish from my collection :-)

For this manicure I have used:
  • Rimmel - Blue Vogue
  • Golden Rose 3D Glaze - Nr. 09 (one coat)
People often mistake it for black, this is why I have put it next to a black polish, so that the difference is...more visible.

The 3D Glaze glitter topper is actually more purple than blue, but please consider the base color for this theme.

FingerFood's Theme Buffet: #8 Cute

Today's theme was Cute... so  I have chosen 2 cute colors for this manicure. One of them has been purchased recently, in attempt to resurrect my inspiration :-). As I was painting my nails, my boyfriend surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of tulips. They almost have the same color as my manicure. What a coincidence :-).

For this manicure I have used:
  • Golden Rose Rich Color - Nr. 14
  • Brooklin - Nr. F2

For this manicure I have used the Acid Wash technique. This is my second manicure with this technique. The first one is right here. If you are in search for a tutorial, check out this post.

The next theme will be Flowers and will be posted on the 2nd of March, 2014.
