Textured China Glaze

Remember the textured polish fever? Well I still have it :-)

I want to show you a textured polish from China Glaze, which is perfect for a vacation and will look lovely on your dark, sunbathed skin :-). I will definitely wear it!

Toe-Tally Textured has a powerful orange, almost neon orange color.

Golden Rose Holiday - Nr. 83 (white)

Today I will show you the second nail polish which I got for a review from Golden Rose Romania and ... my new watch :-) 

This one is Nr. 83 from the Holiday Collection. It's the collection of textured polishes from Golden Rose. The polishes from the Holiday Collection come in different shades, from simple colors like this one, or Nr. 61 (blue | blog post here) to glittery neons like nr. 77 (neon orange | blog post here) and nr. 81 (neon green | blog post here) and glitters like Nr. 55 ( light blue | blog post here) and Nr. 54 (gold/silver | blog post here). 

Although in the bottle it looks like a light pink or light grey, after you apply it onto the nail, you will get a nice pure white manicure.

I have applied 3 coats for the shown result. It dried fast and lasted several days on my nails, even though it was a thick layer of polish.

Some say you shouldn't wear white while there are several hundred different shades out there, but it felt good wearing it. Maybe it was exactly because I met nobody wearing white. I felt special. :-)

What is special about this polish is that it has tiny silver particles that will make the neon manicure more sparkly :-)

Review of 2013 (pic heavy)

31st of December is always the day when I do a review for the past year and decide what I want to do in the following year.

Well .... 2013 was a great year for me and my nail blog. In January I have purchased my own domain name and started NailGlaze. This was my first post with the new name. Since the new name many many things have happened to me :). Many good things actually :-). Please take your time and take a look at my work from 2013.

In 2013 I have written 190 posts. This means 190 publishes manicures (some didn't make it from various reasons:-P). I am sure a few don't appear in the above collections and this is why I would like to highlight some:

Golden Rose Holiday - Nr. 81 (neon green)

My first thought as I saw this polish, was: "Oh God, why did I order it, it's awful". Then I thought : "No problem, my readers should see it, maybe they will like it more then I do". And so I started applying it... And magic happened, I liked it how it looked on my nails! In special light conditions it even glows. It's really beautiful!

The Techniques Challenge - #9 One stroke

Hi Girls!

Before I say anything else, I have to say that I hate this technique. I know, it was my idea to try it... And now that I have tried it (sort of...), I am absolutely convinced that this was the first and last time I did it! I am only posting this manicure because it is part of a challenge.

Products I have used:

• Top Flex Sand Effect - Nr.02. This textured polish is fabulous. At first it looks like it is red. Than you start to see it dark orange and only then do you notice the little gold particles! I am loving it and so do the people who saw me with it today. Just to be clear, they saw it without my unfortunate one stroke attempt :-)
• Acrylic paints

NOTD - Golden Rose Holiday Nr. 55

Hi Girls!

I finally found this beautiful polish and I can't get enough of it! I was searching for it for about a month and I can tell you that it was totally worth searching for it!

It is easy to apply, dries quickly and lasts incredibly well once applied. I have taken the pictures after 3 days of wearing it and my nails look perfect.
